Dear Chuck, Maggie and I wanted to thank you and Paul Jonna, your secretary (who was wonderful), and your entire staff for successfully handling a horrible, unfounded and complex case in which we were certainly the victims of predatory tenant.  From the beginning I had total confidence in you and that gave us peace of mind. I believe our/your defense would have certainly prevailed had the case gone to trial.  There was no doubt based on your magnificent preparation.  The outcome would have possibly been much different without a lawyer who didn’t have your moxy and trial acumen. It was a business decision on my part to settle the case (but a hard pill to swallow).  I would have preferred to watch you in trial but, economically, it was better to resolve the matter than to spend two to three weeks in court. As a former trial lawyer (17 years) in the District Attorneys office and after 23 years sitting as a Superior Court criminal judge I fully appreciated you and your staff as a super varsity team.  Thank you again for pulling the Vampire off my neck.   Yours Truly,
